Montse Caraballo is starting the Artist in Residence Programme Linea de Costa, with a specific an related
project which travels to the past to reflect on the concept «communication» and its different ways.
She intends in her purpose, through the proverb as a verbal communicative element, to go back to ancient
methods in which message was sent without immediate response, as it happens in new technologies.
Caraballo considers art a communicative act, with no financial expectations. In fact, the works of art will be
lost or found by an anonimous receptor, or they will finally dissapear. At the same time, a workshop for
children has been given by the artist, using a similar concept, in CP Villoslada an Torre Tavira in Cádiz.
